What was anza??

Anza was an example of having NO co-ordinated and coherent industrial strategy for the development of weapons in Pakistan. There were alot of one-off projects that went no where after the first system was developed with no follow up.

We have seen recently, that there have been quite a few systems developed with follow up versions, so the strategy is there now.

Do you think Pakistan has any industry to develop the seekers and electronics

Yes it does .. What "standards" do you apply to suggest that Pakistan does not, and how does that compare with other countries in the peer group ?

No important visible changes in the airframe so physical limitations are same as SD 10 .. it's the IIR seeker that gives it a significant edge.
SD-10s main constraint was the motor, FAAZ has a entirely new motor, they are going to be significantly different Kinematically

Yes? Nescom has been making seekers for decades ATP, a locally developed IRST sensor was made for the Mirage 3 rose.

Also Anzas also use locally produced seekers

Yes, Pakistan knows how to design and develop seekers and other electronics. The real constraint has moved much higher upstream to the critical industry inputs, such as the semiconductors (which isn't unique to Pakistan).

However, rocket motors are a different story. NESCOM has and will continue to develop its own proprietary rocket motors for different applications.
