So I was thinking about releasing my Viper video edit on the 14th, but i'm guessing the PAF will release their Official Video tomorrow & on the 14th they're having the parade.

Too expensive. PAF might want to bear all that massive costs only if weapon package includes AIM-120D plus also weapon package for air to ground stand off weapons. Right now our F-16s only can carry LGBs as ground weapons. Which makes them ineffective against any ground targets across the eastern border.

If such a weapon package is approved (which I doubt ) then ofcourse it would be a great addition to the fleet.

We have f7s and mirages to retire first we have no option f16 upgrade is must and the right time is now so we can have atleast 2 to 3 sqs of latest f16 which is technically possible at max possible.

I've seen the raw footage segment at 1:59....that was an incredible flight they pulled off with full air to air load and live missiles with ADA jets.

This was a great compilation, hope you get your incentive ride somewhere

The Polish Defense Minister Wladysław Kosiniak-Kamysz has signed a deal worth $3.8 billion for the MLU of the Polish Air Force's F-16 fleet. As part of the deal, all 48 F-16C/D Block 52+ jets currently in service will be upgraded to the F-16V Block 72 standard.
That comes down to almost 90 mil per ac.
So my original estimate of 100 mil was right!

I state it again unless until the money for the PAF block 52 upgrade is coming from u.s in one form or another.
100 mil for an upgrade is not worth it. We could buy around 3 J10C or manufacture around 4 JF 17 block 3. And at the same time, retain total control of the aircraft and remain sanction-free

This will make almost.. upgrade cost some where near to new one....

To costly .. if this the cost of upgrades of block 52 to block 72 ....

Then PAF definitely need to stay way.. even thinking about it ..

Just have put them as 2nd tier for defense use ...

Two new J10C or Three new JFT17 B3 can easy inducted in price one upgrade.
