J-10C is flying over Clifton area/sea view to be more accurate, but yes much of what is visible is DHA.

It is clean.

There are certain areas of Karachi that one can say are outright unclean, but not the whole city. Clinfton and DHA areas are clean.

Roads ... that's another thing though.
