Allah ka Shukar that Pakistan has JF 17 Thunder which is on par with J 10C. Both can strike PL 15. I knew Pak would not sit idle but lack of conformation and no update from Pak army people thought Pak army has stopped making JF 17 from 2024 to 2025. So one of the magzine posted by @Fatman17 was right that Pak has more thab 180 JF 17 which it self is a blessing.

We r not ghareeb but rather corrupt to the core. It's a pandemic.

The Indian Air Force has only 31 squadrons, of which only 250- Su30 and 36- Rafale are capable of a threat. At this stage, PAK only needs 40 J-10C, 160 JF-17, and 77 F-16 to suppress the Indian Air Force.

Given that India has the ability as first mover, to redirect her best assets at will at where she wants to strike, i would say that PAF needs alot more J10CE's to not get caught out.

To be in a position to launch a preemptive strike, our diplomatic corps need to be brought up to par and on the offensive before any such act is launched. Furthermore, we need to prove as a precursor to a preemptive strike, a clear and present danger to Pakistan.
