PAF J-10CE News, Updates and Discussion

The Vikrant is a worthy enough target for the PAF to risk its small fleet of J10CE's for, so I can see PAF procuring a silver bullet force of YJ-21's.

Is there a possibility that PAF asked for this integration inflight of India's naval actions in the last conflict, or was it just the natural enhancement of the J10C for the PLAAF?
IMO, the main assets targeting IN ships will be PN submarines. The PAF maritime presence is largely there to support the PN, both in covering PN ships as well as reinforcing the A2/AD layer with long-range AShW deployment. The INS Vikrant won't get that close, however, so it will be up to the submarines to hunt it down. The size and endurance of the Hangor-class reflects the PN's willingness to own this task.

No we need a solution like Blue sparrow and Silver sparrow.
That's the true capability, it'll put entire mainland India within PAFs reach.
ALBMs have more chances to intercepting because their high-high-low trajectories, We have seen this in current Russio-Ukrainian war where PAC-3 intercepted most of Russian Kinzal if not all and BTW we already have entire India within our range witth BMs Lkr Ghuari series and Shaheen series of BMs

Look, ultimately, the issue was this: Pakistan's military leaders claimed that they landed successful hits on India, but could not provide as much evidence as the Indians did for their claims, and we're asking for that level of proof to back our claims.

Otherwise, we're just making claims, and when the lives of people -- from the soldier to the civilian -- are on the line, living off claims is not good enough. We need to work off verifiable facts.

If we're at a point in our defence posture that we cannot fiscally support the "wish list" we'd like to see, then yes, that's where the discussion needs to head, i.e., why we can't bankroll our defence needs.

Invariably, that problem will lead us to discuss the core issues affecting society as a whole, i.e., a lack of government/military accountability, a lack of tax reform, an over-bloated bureaucracy, an over-privileged benefits system, an over-burdened pension system, and so on.

I'm fine with discussing air power, but no matter what, every honest discussion on the matter will lead to the same questions, e.g., why we can't bankroll our defence requirements, etc.

Wonderful! When we kick their a** we need to make sure we leave our bootprints.

I was saying this back in June, that the reason why Pak/China didn't reveal their own sat images was to not allow their capabilities to be revealed. They would rather wait for open source images. The same thing happened in Feb 2019. Remember how shocked the indians were when the Pak military told them to reconsider moving one of their potential attack vectors during the ceasefire talks?

yes but when India was releasing satellite photos it was dumb to hold back . especially as that was their only saving grace , if these are true then oh boy they are in big trouble this was just f1 and f2 and nothing else.

J-10C would most likely be slowly introduced into strike roles, no question about it, the camo paint scheme is a dead giveaway. However Vikrant is not a bigger threat to Pakistan, than the Brahmos equipped vessels. It is rather redundant given the proximity of Pakistan and India, and a bog expensive white elephant...

Everybody is talking about accountability and high moral grounds and blah blah.... In the thread created for J-10c discussion. While Mods are pleading for on topic discussion.
WoW.
