With all due respect for Gripen, but after the latest kills by J-10C, it puts the fighter in a different league.

Gripen is smaller. The size of JF-17. With that it has a much smaller engine with much smaller power. J-10 is F-16 size.

This is PLAAF's J-10C. we don't seem to have seen PAF's J-10CE mounting this EW POD yet. i'm not sure if PAF procures this EW POD.

Ghazi,

Thanks for the post---.

The pilot says 4.5 gen aircraft---. Dangit---where is @Deino & others---.

Rafale is a 4.5 gen aircraft---J10CE out done Rafale hands down---as did the JF17 BLK3---so whIch aircraft are 4.5 gen and which is not---?
What is your opinion on the J-35 news? The rumour is PAF will get it before PLAAF due to urgency, but we both know a new aircraft doesn't go and fight a war directly, it takes time for the procedures and tactics to be written down.

So does that mean more J-10s will come for immediate needs? Thanks.

Could this be from J10 kill?

Hi,

J10CE will rule the roost for awhile---.

I believe that we would need more J10CE's and BLK3 JF17's---. It will take a few years for india to compete with them.

The J35's will take their due time to be integrated---.

At this time---they are an overkill---.

IAF just got stuck in a time warp---when the clock was running around in a circle---the indians picked a very bad time to attack pakistan due to bad information---.

They did not accept the fact that the Paf was ahead of them in technology---even though this forum gave them a ton of information---yet they did not believe it.

Come to think of it---their 1 gen older radar is supposedly superior to a gen newer radar of the Paf---.

An american fighter pilot stated that the indian came close to 120 km range thinking that the PL15 had a lesser range---till the aircraft disappeared and the lead pilot is asking---where is my # 2 his wingman---not knowing it got hit by the longer than 200 km PL15.

I don't blame the indian pilots for doing what they did---even this forum told them otherwise---.

But some people with a somewhat of a repute--- contradicted that information---that negated information ended with the stalwarts---it then went down hill from there---.

it's Sun Tze art of war, All is fair in war(art of deception). When Indian Air Force fighters were cruising 150 kilometers away from the border, they were unaware that they had entered the effective range of the PL-15.

Hi,

Americans have a saying---not a good one---" like the smell of their own sh-it"---. That is what happened with the indians---.

Rafale---with a 859 TR module GAS aesa radar and compare it to a 1250 TR module GAN aesa radar on the J10 CE ( please correct me )---.

Rumor had it that even the JF17 BLK3 aesa radar had a range of around 200 km whereas the range of the Rafale radar came upto 120Km---.

All promises and no substance---.

But @wanglaokan tell me about what is happening in Taiwan since the last few days---?
