Ozgur upgrade is a very comprehensive package n basically replaces all relevant sys with Turkish sys, including ew, radar etc....thus removing all u.s restrictions in form of kill switches etc.
Wt the client AF remains dependent on the u.s are the engine.

After the delivery of the first 30 some ozgur f 16 to the TUAF.
Turkey has cancelled the order for V upgrade kits from LM. Neaning now all TUAF f16 will go through the ozgur upgrade instead.

now its the same question. would usa allow this upgrade ? why usa allow it? ozgar can give f 16 true multi role capabilities and usa wnt allow that
