You are correct, that IMO is the only suspicious detail

Thus spoke the mystery man ...does Sharif has to sign the document of fidelity to china to get J 35?Regardless of the authenticity of this account—and regardless of the veracity of this specific piece of news...... The PAF and official Pakistani authorities have, on far too many occasions, relied excessively on this style of communication—employing "future-tense" phrasing and language centered on "possibilities."
However, after such an approach has been overused repeatedly and over a prolonged period, it ceases to be effective. Ultimately, people care only about the final outcome.
I choose not to share the details of my in-depth analysis regarding this issue—for the process itself is simply too stark and brutal in its realism.
For now, let us wait patiently for the official briefing on the results of Prime Minister Sharif's visit to China. That document may well address the very issues that are truly of concern to everyone.
lets be a realistic here, pakistan will get the j-35 but when is a differant matter. getting it earlier will push india into the f-35 or su-57 dual seater, the latter being more realistic.
let more rafales come in which will be matched with more j10's and then go from there.
Because of their requirement. India was going to develop a twin seat variant of the Su-57 under FGFA prior to ending the contract with Russia. Why specifically the Su-56 dual seater?![]()
F6 were retired in 2002, A5-Fantan was retired in 2011, I think, but twin engine aircraft increase maintenance/logistical costs, otherwise no issues.Unless we see new HAS and infrastructure tenders to accommodate twin engine planes which we have no experience of operating since F6s retired .
Sorry my point was that J35 will need much bigger HAS and specialized environmental control facilities and maintenance hangers and we have yet to see anything being built.F6 were retired in 2002, A5-Fantan was retired in 2011, I think, but twin engine aircraft increase maintenance/logistical costs, otherwise no issues.
How are the two Airforces, USAF and China transitioning their pilots from 4th Gen to 5th Gen?There is Not the developed ecosystem to go straight to 5th gen. What are pilots supposed to transition from or train on to build experience F7s or K8s ? Theres an advanced trainer requirement you can’t fly on a legacy fighter and expect to transition to 5th gen. It’s a completely different beast
