My opinion is, the J10s will be inducted in PAF in late 2026.
The J35 will be inducted in 2028, 1-2 years before IAF inducts more Rafales.
The PAF has a budget constraint and that looks like a logical induction timeline.

This is actually a realistic scenario.
The J-35AE is simply not ready. Hell, China's domestic J-35/A isn't even ready.
PAF needs more modern fighters to replace its legacy systems quickly, so more J-10 is a perfect temporary solution.

Yes. And it’s not in PAF’s DNA to induct a particular platform in 2 squadrons.
PAF will got for atleast 4-5 squadrons of J10s.

I am not sure about KJ500A ... that might wait till the end of next year. But HQ19 first battery is coming this year. And the first few J35A coming this year. i am holding my earlier date. ALLAH knows the best.

Our induction schedule is based upon our main threat India
Once we get confirmation of incoming inductions by the Indians ie Rafael or anything else then we will make our move
If Indians spend five years pissing about, then we will take our time
Even when we get the J35 I believe we will continue to take a spear tip approach
Where we will continue inductions of some version of the JF17 block 4 or whatever you want to call it as our base workhorse fighter
And as a spear tip we will have limited numbers of J35 (the amount depends on Indians inductions and timeframe)
The only thing I'm not sure about is whether we will expand our J10 fleet and if we do by how many
