PAF J-35AE - News, Updates and Discussions

Google to check that Pakistan and China has signed agreement for 40 of J-35 jet fighters.

no j-35 till at least 2030, not required, j10 is enough till the indians find a interim 5th gen bird whilst amca is still being worked on. or when the amca comes in

no f35 as they have s400's and getting more
no su-57 due to threat of sanctions that will ground wester kit in India, (Apache, chinook c-17....)

kinda what happened in the rafale scenario, where a quick batch of 36 is ordered to fill the gap whilst they get their act together. then pakistan order the j10 to counter the rafales.

then again j-35 is not mature enough too to be exported and there’s no local infrastructure to support them, there not like the f7 that can be parked outdoor 24/7

Pakistan Signs Deal for Chinese Stealth Jets, Pressuring India’s Fifth-Gen Plans ,.

look at how old the post is, and the name of the author would suggest he is of indian origin, who's content regarding Pakistan is comedy at best.

You dont have depth -period.
You can strike their bases close to the border with effect if needed but at the end they can (as they did) push their assets well beyond the reach of most of your systems where your lack of magazine capacity really becomes apparent.
If India wanted to annihilate the, they would do so without a second thought. While they currently lack the means or skill to accomplish this, the will is definitely there, and it has been clearly demonstrated.
Conversely, we had a prime opportunity to bring down the entire Indian Air Force, but we hesitated. This hesitation will haunt us forever in the future, as we may never regain the upper hand or the element of surprise that we had up our sleeve for the next conflict

That's where new security paradigm in the middle east is expected to come to the rescue...
Always waiting for messiahs for rescue
Always left holding the check and still hungry afterwards

Perhaps also consider that both sides do operate in a fog of war with compulsions and fears on what the other might or might not do.
