I don't know where you get your information from.
The information I'm telling you, all of it, comes from official organizations, and they are the most correct information available.
As China's state-owned enterprises are subject to various reforms and adjustments according to different circumstances at different times, these affiliations may still change in the future. But for now this is how they are related to each other.

China's state-owned enterprises have administrative levels similar to those of government departments. The managers of these enterprises also have the same administrative rank as national civil servants. We refer to them as “in-system” enterprises and personnel. Their counterparts in the private sector are called “out-of-system” enterprises and personnel.
In order to stimulate the development of these state-owned enterprises, the Chinese government splits or merges them at different times. Some underperforming firms and managers are downgraded during these reforms, while others that are very good performers are upgraded.
Guizhou Aircraft Company was merged with Chengdu Aircraft Company due to its poor performance (previously the two companies were leveled enterprises). It is now a subsidiary of Chengdu Aircraft Corporation.
After SAC's failed bid for the 5th Gen fighter, the management and R&D team did whatever it took to self-fund the development of the FC-31. eventually, the J-35A was officially born. If they hadn't done that, they too would have been the target of a merger.

There is lots of room for discussion. I think that is a better approach, Russian or Chinese engine. Soon, they may adopt Chinese BVR because Pakistan will face third party sanctions anyway. But if I am not wrong Rolls Royce was going to provide the engine for this jet.
Rolls Royce was asked to provide assistance in developing one but not to provide an engine! In fact don‘t have one ready … and even more, it is all years away you all will see … but like these funny claims „we will get it ready by 2028 on our own“ now similar fans claim now „we can easily switch to a CHinese or Russian engine“ … and again, it won‘t be easy and will at best take years of negotiations and redesign and testing and so on… but it is useless to argue!

There is no room for discussion on this issue. There is no possibility for this idea.
We know that Pakistan has very good relations with Turkey. We have no objection to this and have no problem with it. But friends of Pakistan should not extend this relationship to Chinese-Turkish relations.
Official relations between China and Turkey are very average. Frankly speaking, the two sides are semi-hostile. I do not want friends of Pakistan to get involved in the China-Turkey feud. It is very easy to channelize Chinese hatred towards Turkey to Pakistani

Gentlemen,
one of my customers who has just imported Lincoln Navigator 2025. we had a great discussion and guess what more J10CEs (16 first batch) and another 54 planned to be inducted in 2025-2026.
But what takes the cake! is J-35A this aircraft is coming this year and over 40+ are planned to be inducted in two years (2025-26). induction will be phased 2+6 small batch production will be in Pakistan this year with enough pilots to form TEF and by end of 2025 squadron will stand up operationally.
I am soooooo Happy! its an open forum so you can not be ever certain! but just to know makes me fly!

Not certain who these "friends of Pakistan" are you referring to.
Not sure how much you're aware of the past, but Pakistan played a major role between US & China during the Nixon-era.
I'm pretty certain both US & China had gained a lot at the time & over the years (even with a few hiccups)
...if down the line (unrelated to Defence), if, Pakistan can be a bridge between Turkey & China, I don't think President Xi will turn to @Michael to seek wisdom and advice.

Sorry, but alone the fact that he (or you) mentions the first batch of J-10 was 16 aircraft makes me sure, he (or you) does not know what he tells … there are clearly 20 J-10 already delivered.
As such I‘m happy when you are happy, but I would rather wait to celebrate …
