That is a fake document. The original can be found on the ISPR website and it doesn't mention anything about J-31.

Back in a day pdf used to debate whether Pakistan was getting j10or not and whether it was fake news and some people would be like PAF can’t afford it blah blah . Same thing going on right now but I feel like we won’t get j35 unless India goes for f35 my two cents .

And here is the reason why China is producing J-35s quickly like lolly-pops. It is almost 100% that China is using "Advance Pulse Assembly Lines" to produce J-20 and J-35s. So a single assembly line produces a fighter in 8-days rather than 30 days !! China can produce hundreds of these fighter jets in one Year !

I think China is now producing four J-20s per month. They could do same for J-35.

Propaganda and misdirection at play.

I think army have instructed government officials to refrain from making public statements concerning defense procurement matters. The induction of the J-35 into the Pakistan Air Force is expected to proceed discreetly, without formal announcement. In the interim, additional J-10C fighters are anticipated to join the fleet before the arrival of a fifth-generation platform.

Ahahahaha

Here’s a roller coaster ride for everyone, especially @Deino.

Another fresh interview of Def Min Khawaja Asif dated 1 July, just 2 days ago.

When asked about the announcement by PM of “HQ-19, J-35 and KJ-500”,

He replies “I don’t remember their technical names but just recently during the SCO summit, I had a meeting with China’s defence minister and our all weather friendship has been very old and they’ve always stood by us during ups and downs and the way they’ve stood by us financially, strategically and diplomatically on every platform and our alliance isn’t transactional rather all weather”

And then he changed the subject, moving onto India.

He just carefully dodged the question just like he specifically dodged the “2025 deliveries of J-35” some days ago. But he also gave an indirect hint by boasting about Pak-China ties, Def ministers meeting etc…

The military holds the power, all these political are merely illusions for the public and they don’t have much say in the matters.

The deleted X post by Gov of Pakistan had 7-8 posts in the thread highlighting multiple political, economical as well as military successes. Deletion of that thread could be related to anything instead of the J-35/HQ-19 which people took as the reason. Deletion wouldn’t necessarily mean that the news is false because if it was, then it would also mean that all other economical and political achievements highlighted (including the IAF kills) were false which they aren’t.

So in short, This isn’t me coping or something, rather the deletion of that tweet is just meaningless.

Maintenance on these birds will be intensive, if it’s anywhere near what it takes to maintain the B-2. I assume part of it will be automated, with potential areas of interest for a person to look at, with the assistance of AI.

So the key will be to keep an eye on the maintenance facilities that will have to be build to support the fleet.

Considering the other variant of the J-35 will go on the PLAN’s carriers, China probably has a very robust quality of baked in stealth panels plus RAM paint ready to go. It has been nearly 15 years since the first J-20 took its flight. With more than 200 J-20 in the PLAAF, Chinese industry probably has a number of formulations of RAM paint lined up for export.

B2 and F22 having issues with maintenance is because they were made in 1990s, many tech were not mature enough back then, so every plane is like a golden duck which requires extensive care, but it isn't the case anymore.
