Bro, it will take a year or a bit longer for the leadership to wake up and smell the coffee.

What I have noted thus far is that the Taliban and India are on a mission. They are not going to stop hostilities.

Pakistan on the other hand seems a little unprepared. There are a plethora of measures that should have been initiated from the start.
the TLP timing of being an annoying pest is also not helpful. if PTI , TTP and Manzoor Pashtun PDM had a one night stand then TLP would've come out, foul mouth, thugs using religious slogans to make the lives of ordinary people difficult.
a chance to call truce with PTI was lost by establishment during May war with India. opening so many domestic and international fronts is a hard task to manage .

During operation in North Waziristan after the APS attack a decade ago under the command of former General Raheel Shareef thousands of TTP terrorists fled across the border into Afghanistan. The then Afghan government under Ashraf Ghani did not assist to secure their border. The TTP are well established in Afghanistan.

Papa please stop‼️‼️
Afghans pumped up by losers (Endians) following their line. Begging for ceasefire that too in hours

They want a ceasefire because they know Pakistan has Casus Belli and Pakistani strikes, in their capital no less, makes their regime look impotent against the other factions in their country that challenge their leadership.

You would think ISI would be using all the tricks in it's playbook by now. I still think we have decided to let them have a face saving way out, which I feel is a mistake

If Pakistan pushes too hard it may initiate an all out insurgency against Pakistan.

If that starts and you have an endless pool of insurgents on your western border it’s game over.

Pakistan is not Turkey

The Taliban have misunderstood President Trump. He's very much like iconic American CEOs, who are extremely autocratic, ruthless, and merciless in nature. They take no BS from anyone. You fall on your promise or performance, and you're dead. They hire and fire at a moment's notice. Their mantra is: what have you done for me tomorrow? Pak Deep State has understood this state of mind too well. Hence, it's given a free run.....
If the US is on our side, why don't we simply annex the entire Afghanistan? It would bring about an end to so many problems and give us surplus resources.
