Why pass up a free lunch? If a few rupees in Kabul gets us leverage, saying no would be pure idiocy. Keep whining.
Here's the problem for Hindustan...
A year ago, this choice would have given you leverage.
Possibly (but unlikely), a year from now, this choice also would give you leverage.
Right now, as Kabul's regime has become a regional pariah,
this choice made by India actually gives Pakistan leverage.
The abject poverty in India's decision making algorithm this year is there for all to see.
The same Talibs who refuse to answer female journalists are being courted and ambulances are being sent to these Talibs just months after they stopped female doctors from studying and practicing - Hindustan is (out of spite for Pakistan and nothing else!) making a mockery out of Afghan females who are very real victims of their bizarre policies.
Out of a desperate effort to redress the May 7th losses, Hindustan has miscalculated YET AGAIN. The harm caused by spilled sindoor is perpetuating itself.
This is actually no different to pursuing self-harming relations with Moscow because Trump hurt some Indian egos.
We are quite satisfied with Delhi's incompetent decisions. Carry on into next year please.
