They might be useless now because of decades of wear and tear. Also unsure if the liquid fuel is available for these missiles, and quite sure Talib's don't have the expertise in handling liquid fuel. Might as well burn themselves with it.

Yes today's Jews may have certain genes unique to them, but that goes back to Khazaria (from the Volga-Don steppes to the eastern Crimea and the northern Caucasus), where they came from, not Bani Isreal of holy lands. The Scud Bs are liquid fueled using kerosene and red fuming nitric acid. It is unlikely the liquid fuels have been kept intact for forty years. The TELs would have now been reduced to junk as well.
Scud B's have a range of 300 km, well within range of a Fatah 2 counter or pre-emptive strike. The Fatah crews certainly have all the coordinates. Any pre-launch activity observed by HUMINT or satellite reconnaissance will immediately result in a devastating Fatah-2 attack.
