Pakistan need to follow the western allies strategy and create a buffer zone of 20km throughout Afghan border so that terrorists cant infiltrate in Pakistan. Sign an agreement forcefully with Afghanistan that the land will be returned after guaranteed peace/no cross border infiltration for at least 10 years.
