Read some history, I know you try to avoid it because your ego is too fragile to take facts. Otherwise, I wasn't even talking to you.
 
Just a word of advice to some hot bloods here. There are presently 100s of Pakistani professionals, teachers and students i Afghanistan.

Who will likely be fearful for their lives. Similarly there are hundreds of thousands of afghans in Pakistan, not everyone is Taliban.

We must ensure that innocent civillians are safeguarded on both sides. Those who need to be repatriated to Afghanistan should be repatriated peacefully without violence.

They are still barking on Afghan TV that they will fly the white flag (Taliban Flag) and the Tricolour over Islamabad.

Don't forget they're your proxy, you brought them to power, supported them when they were hunted. They're forced on us. As to why they're attacked?
Frankly, as always Pakistan is and was a hired gun. This nothing more than papa Trumps request for Bagram. Also, the proxy backfired, so they're of no use to you anymore.
The average Afghans are happy Taliban are getting humbled. We couldn't be happier with the current conflict. We also foresee this situation getting out of hand for both parties. It's match made in heaven 😁

Nice try. Pakistan disowned taliban back in 1996. In fact, we have been blamed for everything wrt to Afghanistan even when it was Afghanistan who harbored the terrorists against pakistan starting with faqir of Ipi. Maybe just maybe you need to pick up a history book before you make more fool out of you.

Bottom line is, Afghanistan has been a problem since the day Pakistan was born, so its natural that we will have to manage it to ensure our interests are protected.

I think it is you who needs to do research on your OWN history, lol.

As far as I know...

60s under King Zahir Shah
-> Political parties were banned
-> Power remained concentrated in the monarchy
-> HEAVY rural and religious opposition

70s under Daud Khan and the Communists PDPA (are you being fr bro?)
-> Absolutely no democracy here

You could say that some parts of Afghanistan were relatively open and modernizing, like Kabul, Kandahar, and a few more cities, but 'thriving democracy'? That's an exaggeration.

Gent is an Afghan who was on our old forum before it went Kaput. I think there is bad blood and lots of negative sentiments on both sides.

He is vehemently anti-taliban BTW. Not sure about his stance on Pakistan though :).
