Great News if True we cannot keep digesting losses without striking back at these terrorist scum.
 
We Pakistanis really give too much respect to afghans. It sorta feels like we have an afghanistan phobia which paralyses our aggressive stance towards afghanistan. Pakistans military stance today attack which in my opinion will fix many of our issues with afghanistan

I remember when Baitullah Mehsud and Hakeemullah Mehsud were eliminated. That was 2008 and 2013. Then that Swati Taliban Fazlullah took his place till 2018 and Noor Wali Mehsud since then. The root causes are not being addressed.
 
let it rain hellfire on those ttp and their backers.......don't just take out the chief but take out as many as they can...

Can't say which one is genuine 😁 -- following one claims he is DEAD.

Nevertheless --- atleast some show of guts --- good start.

Agreed.

Its a moment of happiness at the death of a terrorist leader, but you are correct, past decapitations of TTP leadership have not resulted in the group being significantly weakened.

KABUL, Oct. 9 (Xinhua) -- Two loud explosions were heard in downtown Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan, at around 9:50 p.m. local time (1720 GMT) on Thursday.

Shockwaves from the explosions were felt inside the Xinhua reporter's residence. Many Kabul residents posted on social media saying they heard blasts, and some local citizens and foreigners took shelter in secure areas.

So far, Afghan authorities have not released any official statement, and there have been no immediate reports of casualties. ■

That is correct but addressing the root cause is a longterm thing which needs to be done but that doesnot mean you sit still keep taking hits wonderfully news this.

The root cause is their leadership network. Take them all out repeatedly and they will crumble.

They need to accept they will have to hit Afghanistan for a few weeks until they are all taken out.

Even if its not Taking out the high value targets will weaken them significantly cant let go of these strikes more and more should be done.
