As long as Pakistan has India to its east, Pakistan can barely afford to put much of its meagre resources to its west. It is a question of tactical humiliations in the west vs a strategic defeat in the east!

RR - I respect your moderation, but if you guys don’t want every thread to degenerate into a PTI vs Fauj back and forth, you need to start addressing the troll posts (like the ones essentially calling the PTI a TTP supporting group at the start of this thread).

You can disagree with the PTI’s approach to resolving TTP terrorism via talks, but to take that and argue they want to dismember Pakistan or provide material/political support to the TTP is not conducive to ANY discussion.

No just controlling the theater. Situational awareness. You need to have a clear pciture of all your air assets and they nned to know all other assets in theater.

F-16s, even without the upcoming American upgrades, are already too much for Pakistan's north western border.

Sniper/JDAM combo still probably our best air to ground precision bombing capabilty I reckon, I know JF-17s have ASELPOD and home grown LBGs
