Bro comparing Turkeye with Pakistan is false equivalent not because of military hardware or expertise but because when your goverment takes a decision the nation is standing behind it because your goverment is rightfull representative of the nation which solidifies and bring long lasting policies with long term benefits all with solid people's support and political will.

Over here most of the policies are imposed the politicians dont represent the people hence no support from the local population hence policies not getting fully implemented or lasting for the required period of time to show any results because of lack of support. Hence military facing not only external resistance but internal as well.

Our model of controlled politicians and political setup with goverment doing whatever is asked of it has failed miserably in balochistan but hey why would they care? Control is what matters the most to them.

Post operation Banyan al Marsoos, Pakistan positioned itself to export defence and security measures to other countries. Things were stating to look good for Pakistan for a change.

I'm no expert in this matter but I feel like some bad actors are all in to sabotage this progress.

Americans did a single drone strike after they left and it wasn't to support the ANA.

True, they can't do much without local supports and local will support them if local feel like they are not owner of the country.

Not bad actors - the same ones just being led by poor advice and poor decisions.

There is literally no way to “wipe out” the TTP.
When you nurture an ENTIRE society on the idea that your customs are your religion and your religion are your customs - and that you just need your gun, clothes, a plastic bottle of water and a large rag for miscellaneous uses - your cost of life is barely $500 and what you care about is nothing other than those customs and religion.

Producing a Taliban fighter takes nothing because he learn it from childhood as part of normal upbringing. There is nothing different for him when he takes his gun up whether to protect himself from wolves or join some ideological forces.

You can either do a complete scorched earth so that Afghanistan no longer can sustain life besides microbes or you need to settle this situation with machivaellian ruthlessness.

To do the latter you need to have both a statesman mind and that of a local. So far no one at the top even through the crisis with India has demonstrated it.

To let limited success in military operations which were certainly helped along by an incompetent enemy go to one’s head is the mark of fools.
