People where claiming we should be against US Bagram presence. Take Chinese into confidence, hell, let China have all of Wakhan Corridor. Help US take Bagram.

For both US, Pakistan and Chinese, terror free and stable Afghanistan are in all of our interests.
 
Its a full blown war now. Any update regarding Noor Wali Mehsud status ? Our prime targets should be TTP and BLA than these Taliban duffers.

I say we need to wake up and deport these afghans living here

They dont work most of them dodge taxes and just take up resources which can be used for our own citizens

This is controversial but its not the same case as palestinians cuz afghans have a homeland. Why should we burdenize ourselves.

Our natural allies in Afghanistan are the Tajiks and other groups who would not like Afghanistan to have even one more Pashtun, as that would erode their power.

I never understood our agencies obsession with Pashtun nationalists as they would inevitably target Pakistan as well once in power

Latif Pedram and his types are the ones we should be engaging with. Not only do they align with our interests but are also much better for soft power. The amount of damage Pakistan had done to its image by aligning with the medieval khwarijis called the Taliban is something that will take generations to repair.
