That's...not what happened. Pakistan came to a peace deal with them multiple times, and you wanna know what happened? The TTP broke the deals, and at one point almost conquered Islamabad, because the government refused to let the army take action.

The TTP cannot be trusted.

The only real negotiations happened during the Khan period but they asked for FATA to be given back it´s status pre-2007 or something which was ofcourse refused no other talks happened after that. No foreigners come to wage jihad in Pakistan it was even forbidden by Kabul but what Pakistan has is a local issue just like India has Kashmir, the two situations are identical and the same case in BLA.

Zindh could also follow suit and create a low intensity insurgency in the future and note these aren´t a threat to Pakistan security they are just very low intensity more like these in Kashmir and in Iran

Now Pakistan is doing the same playbook to Afghanistan but in truth they are fighting groups from the former Tribal areas who even asked Pakistan in a negotiations to re-instate the FATA pre-2007 status which was denied hence the whole TTP scenario is for the old tribal areas and this has in generally speaking nothing to do with Kabul who has denied this again and again.

If Pakistan wants to clash with Afghanistan they need a better excuse

Even if we accept your premise which absolutely donot of equating both kashmire and ttp/fata but for the arguments sake even if we do it still the fight would be between TTP and Pak taliban as a third party is not only allowing them to roam freely in their land but also a sanctuary as well this kind of assistance would absolutely make them a party to the conflict they are responsible for the affairs of their country and have been asked countless times to not allow its use against Pakistan by TTP and they have failed to take action its not ideal whats happening for Pakistans stabillity but the justification is absolutely there.
