Pakistan-Af: Operation Khyber Storm

So, now that dust is settling, let's ask some questions why this conflict happened in the first place?
  • Did the Afghan Taliban simply decide to provoke Pakistan just to appease the Indians?
  • Did they think Pakistan will only issue a strong condemnation but wouldn't go as far as launching airstrikes on the Afghan capital?
  • Did the Taliban think that the Indians will issue some statement in their favour against Pakistan?
If so, it doesn't seem to have gone very well. A major miscalculation on the Afghan Taliban's part.

If anything, India feels embarrassed that the country it was threatening has beaten up yet another country, and shown videos of its airstrikes on the Afghan territory.

What India only threatens for 4 months, Pakistan delivers in 4 days.
  • Did the Taliban respond to Pakistani strikes on TLP targets in Afghanistan, perhaps in an effort to preserve the stability of their rule?

As I have already warned here before, the news are not good: Zionist profiles (on social networks) are supporting the destruction of Pakistan (which proves that Israel is behind this). Another thing I noticed is that there is already (in the Zionist media) a narrative (being created) that Pakistan "will be Balkanized" and that India and Afghanistan "fight for peace"

Ppl have little idea how hard it is to execute an operation and have an HVT captured/eliminated as an outcome.
You have to plan and execute tens of times to go after such targets with no guarantee of success.
The only thing that the large # of IBOs does is that it keeps the other side on its toes and under pressure.
That said, the IBOs have to be prepared for better. There is no way that we can allow for greater casualties than the terrorists when going in (this includes better force protection on the move, junking the Toyota Hi-Lux inventory and getting better, protected transport for the troops). Idc what they do, but better protection/intelligence and firepower is a must have.

Bagty chor ki laṅgoṭ hi sahe. HVT hath ni ata har IBO me to Kam az Kam foot soldiers to maar he sakty unky. Ye 1000 Jo Mary hy sary HVT thori thy sir.

14000 operations me se 1000 terrorists just. The problem is that the intent. But the intelligence I guess.

What good does bringing to courts do?

So members here can not put continued insurgency and terrorism on courts then. That's what I was saying. The issue (in this case only) is not the courts because these terrorists are not tried in those courts. Can't put this one on judiciary.

Please see my post above and consider - when you have mob justice prevalent in an institution and it becomes the norm to bypass the existing judicial system which also cannot hold them accountable then it doesn’t matter what reason you exercise excess on.

However, to simplify it only to “unknown agents” from one institution is partly missing the rot in the system.

My cousin was picked up while holding a placard in a protest by Sindh Police - who then electrocuted him and so on. There was no one from the Karachi cantt office of aabpara or otherwise even present. It was plain Sindh police acting on the orders of Asif Zardari who agreed to participate with the heavy hand. Eventually his Commodre retd father was able to find him but was told to hush it out by white shalwar kameez as well. The simple reality was it was current establishment’s direction to stop protests but PPP implementation of that to their armed force( sindh police and others) that resulted in a young man scarred for life.

At the end the same could apply to regular Baloch activists protesting except in that case there probably isn’t anyone to save them so to prevent them from speaking out against torture because the agencies are looking for that 1 guy out of 100 to get information from - either they get silenced or they get riddled with bullets and dumped.

Now, don’t take this as a blanket statement because the earlier aspects of actual terrorists also slipping through the cracks applies where it may be beneficial to actually riddle them with bullets.

But it is a simple indictment of a FAILED state that has little in the way or working system that can provide justice at any level or any aspect of society. In such a FAILED state - in an UNJUST society - not only will anti state elements exist but that no distinction will exist in terms of rightful protest or terrorism because there isn’t a state but powerful people and their employees who aren’t accountable to anyone.

The only hope there is if one of those powerful employees is able to hold people accountable or that the state is burned to the ground in a manner ala Bangladesh.

That - is an impossibility for an artificial forced gathering of people as in Pakistan who have not yet truly adopted the identity or are simply too disenchanted with the state to begin with.

Remember, BD, Nepal and Sri Lanka was all led at the forefront by students or middle class.

You can kill 20 million poor in Pakistan and I guarantee that no mass change will happen until the middle class gets involved (Guess who were the galvanizing voters for PTI) . There is no value nor desire for change those poor souls can bring because they are too far down maslow’s pyramid to do much without getting direction from a class above.
Failed state is the manifestation of the ENFORCED failed apparatus of the state, legislature, judiciary, executive, 4th pillar, the Press, civil society - as a result of enforcement and slave mentality.

That leaves people. Why people don't come out? People have come out, have given their verdict which was robbed by generals and protest were quashed with brute force.
You are right, students and middle lass mass movement can bring a revolution...But Pakistani students are careerist and middle class just want to survive.

In the current scenario,
I blame IK for political mistakes which gave generals the opportunity, but the way he is fighting and PTI too, is unheard of in this country.
So there is a high chance of change, IK may lose his life in custody, but desire of change would live.

Because when you bring terrorists in courts which generally struggle with conviction on any criminals since there is a call from a bigwig or the judge is threatened.

Even when they make it to courts - witnesses, evidence and so on either disappears, changes testimony or plain the guy is sprung before court date.

Not everytime, but most of the time.
The result is that the military decided it has enough and now acting like judge , jury and executioner. The problem with that is they don’t grade any crimes - it’s just a more institutional mob justice.

I agree.

So the continued terrorism despite of military taking everything in it's hands, can not be put on shoulders of judiciary anymore.

people who know me from previous forum may recall that I left the forum for few years but never asked why I left.
some of my old and new fellow forum members rage and grit their teeth when I post less than flattering commentary for a party I had high hopes but it turned out to be just full of hot and smelly gas.

these innocent friends that live thousands of miles away from Quetta Hazara Mohalla and Parachinar , have a romantic and soft spot for the tribals that butcher the people in these areas due to their wrong sect and their methods are no less gruesome than those who have filmed themselves playing football with the skulls of Pakistani soldiers, they have done that to Turi and Hazara people as well but it didnt reach the news.

so one of my hazara Class fellow,, his one relative was slain by Daesh and you know the misery didnt end for his family... these people would cut parts of his body and toss it over his home and even parceled it because they had the national ID card with them.
the tribals that have effectively enforced an embargo on Parachinar have a very clear verdict for their victims , no discrimination for men, women, and children. beheading, molesting and butchering the kids first and then the parents is part of a ritual. I wish it was all fake and AI but about 15 to 20 years ago the was no AI and the software's were not that great to make realistic pictures.

and here were are cursing each other being for and against Imran the savior god emperor and his nemesis Munir the evil Dajjal. the entire nation is spending their entire time on this while our fellow countrymen continue to join the ranks of the TTP and daesh. we are all responsible for this situation , we the people and the elites we vote for (those that take turns between jail and PM chair) and the establishment (civil, military).
in short these were the reasons I left the forum in pure disgust and anguish.
Unfortunately no one seems to be able to accept that one could be a Former PTI supporter because it was offering true middle class change and yet distance from it after realizing IK is an egoistic narrow minded buffoon who cannot provide anything other than his myopic 70s oxford study and Quasi guilt ridden revisionist old man khorasan ideals for change.

Have seen the most qualified people who worked with him get disenchanted because he simply would make arbitrary decisions based on either his outdated interpretation or mrs led political sycophancy

Zionist profiles <> Israeli profiles. Keep in mind which country has hundreds of millions with cheap internet.

I guess you had no problem with soviet union knocking at your door with an eye on Baluchistan and. Warm waters ....our economy was not screwed by our glorious adventures rather it was given the legs to stand on ....it was poor economic policies not Afghanistan mess that led to economic meltdown later on.....what about our nuclear program ? Do you think we would have completed it without getting involved in Afghanistan ?

You're assuming that one day, out of the blue, the Soviet Union invaded Afghanistan. But the reality is that Pakistan was active inside the country from the mid 1970's. I'm not suggesting that the invasion was all Pakistan's fault, but it definitely contributed to the USSR's decision to invade.

Once the invasion happened the rest is history. Bringing in CIA and making Pakistan a launch pad for war against the USSR. The Americans and the West are enjoying the fruits of the unipolar world while Pakistan and the Islamic world are paying the price in destruction all over the Muslim world.

Try to do a search on ChatGPT with the question: "Was Pakistan involved along with the Americans to destabilize Afghanistan before the Soviet invasion?" and you'll get a fairly detailed answer. It's too long for me to post here.

Why is this surprising? FATA/KP locals host/provide sanctuary to the TTP.
All this reporting about "extortion, taking ransom" is exaggerated. These are kin.
When the military takes action, the very same hosts complain about violence etc.

Pakistan should set up and allow a diplomatic mission for the Tajiks, Hazara, Uzbeks and Turkmen. No need to call it NRF or anything just a place their voice can be heard.

At no time during the US occupation in Afghanistan did Pakistan ever have it so bad. Even the 2011 NATO attack in Pakistan at Salala saw less troops die.
Pakistan literally fought a war with the Taliban and that's after years of patience. Even previous incidents such as the Battle of Bajaur did not involve the PAF and other heavy bombing.
The Taliban now align themselves with India, let that sink in.

If we’re honest , Any regime change in Kabul will be better off than the current one. . We also have to accept brother , New Regime won't change much. We have to deal with it Afghanistan will always be a problem for us regardless whoever is in Government over there.
