Pakistan-Af: Operation Khyber Storm

I dont understand you though. Pakistanis are already dying in terrorism by Taliban.

There is no option left but to strike Afghan Taliban leadership. Send them back to caves.

Let me tell you some bitter truth. The reason why you are witnessing a temporary ceasefire is because there is still some naive belief among the generals that the Taliban will come to their senses. They won't. We all know it. The Taliban are compromised just like the rest of Afghans. The crux of the matter is territorial dispute. Ghani, Karzai, TTP, Afghan Taliban and all the ordinary Afghans over the world have a consensus. Pakistani territory belongs to Afghanistan. This is the main issue. This is exactly the same thought process that motivates Hindutva in India.

Pakistani leaders will have to get to grips with reality very very quickly. Otherwise the same terror attacks and bloodshed will continue unabated.

Oh Bhai, the Durand Line is not the real issue! The Mullah Umar regime of the 90s, the Karzai regime of the 2000s and the other regimes before them or after them, including Ashraf Ghani, had never recognized the Durand Line either but this particular version of the Afghan leader in Kabul are too stupid to make peace with Pakistan. They are probably emboldened by their 'victory' against the Americans and so want to give their brothers, the Pakistani Taliban, a chance to claim some Pakistani territory to establish similar version of 'Sharia'.
Why do keep forgetting that the ultimate demand of the Pakistani Taliban is to grab significant part of Pakistan's territory just like their (stupid) brothers have done in Afghanistan?? So what's to negotiate with or for when it comes to the Pakistani Taliban???

Ab kon reh gaya hay? Who will come and take Afghan govt away from these Taliban?

NOTE:

Please, kindly refrain from any suggestions about nuking Kabul. Seriously.

This forum is full of teenagers braying for blood. All they do is demand killing everyone, including men, woman and children. I find it quite sickening. Hopefully, the people who make decisions are adults.

For every terrorist attack, Kabul/Kandahar will be bombed. And Taliban leadership itself isn't off the table as we have seen in today Kabul strikes.

So let them try. Its only going to get worse from here on out for them.

This is it. This is exactly the policy that ought to be maintained. Target Afghanistan after every terror attack. There should be absolutely no relief for the Taliban. If Pakistan sits idle and takes every terror attack as it comes, expect an increase in such attacks. It should be an eye for an eye.

Recruitment offices must be busy with all of the new volunteers.

They obviously are and I agree celebrating death on any side is deplorable.. However, suffering "hundreds" of Pakistani casualties was bound to lead to emotions baying for blood of those who support and orchestrate these attacks.

The way out is talks. The door is wide open for the Taliban to reign in TTP, which they most likely will not take in the short to medium term, and have full relations with Pakistan.

Some people here have had to spend the last 20 years watching talibs picking at Pakistan with their proxies. Attack after attack. Do you know how long 20 years is?

We want to see the threat finished once and for all.

Every ceasefire allows them to regroup. Big mistake. Make my words. They'll start again some time tonight or in the morning.

Well... it is a test of their own commitment and control of foot soldiers as well. If everyone is gung ho as a vengeful drone... then how would they implement a pause on themselves... If they were rational than this wouldn't have cascaded into a conflict of their survival this fast.

Second it is good sign that there is some liaison and communication still open... because at that point the conflict would only end at regime change and nothing less... there are no signs yet of Pakistan going for that approach... however with the collapse of their internal communication and disconnect a catastrophic collapse of state is still on cards... for what is essentially a sand castle.

@Trailer23

In the meantime, this all Afghanistan can do...

Sounds familiar. A dear Brit Pakistani friend of mine (based out of York) had gone to watch the AF-PAK match in WC 2019 (Leeds) and there was a violent rioting by AFG crowd members after they lost narrowly. He nearly escaped what could have been a fatal throw of rock at him.

Regards
Yeah well, the last time these rag-head morons pull that stunt here, they were literally hunted down courtesy of CCTV & deported back to their hell-hole with a ban in all GCC Countries.

Fast FWD Asia Cup in '25. Pakistan beat Afghanistan. Not a peep out pf 'em. I think its fair to say that they learned their lesson.

We forget that lsrael and pakistan are religious-political ideology state. Before 47, there was no Pakistan, as there was no Israel before its ‘founding’… both were political solution states drawn up by her majesty’s government - UK in alignment with US and France

Like Israel as a state needs to safeguard its land, water and air from external capture of muslims, Pakistan faces external capture risk from Indians and Afghans, china we okay to give mountains to.

Unlike Israel our religious ethos adds a level 2 complexity of Muslim brotherhood vs secular/kafir right wing state with Muslim substantiated persecution allegations on our west and east

Our generals, political leaders and bureaucrats need come to grips with reality very quickly in deed
