So there is certainly ambiguity from Afghan side on this "cease fire". Its tenuous at best and events like the ones being mentioned in this video are likely going to lead to a much wider conflict.

They're assigned a mission to keep us engaged from the west so they'll keep up. That's why agreeing to a ceasefire was a mistake. They'll shoot and scoot and free the eastern front for the Indians to invade. This seems likely for now.
