I track these incidents too but those are difficult to attribute to one single actor. I can share with you if you would like to read them:

Afghanistan under this farce Taliban regime is a serious thorn in the side of regional nations and a serious security threat.

The Ephedra plant has been identified as an excellent source of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine, both of which can be chemically reduced to form the illicit drug methamphetamine also known as Meth of ICE in Pakistan.
Ephedra being harvested in Afghanistan:

Pakistan must first and foremost safeguard its own national interest and the safety and welfare of its citizens. The meth trade funds not only organised crime but both domestic and cross-border terrorism.

It is therefore in Pakistan's national interest to hold the Afghan Taliban accountable and counter this disgusting trade.

looks as if this is sub-contracted operation

real operation is the keeping of books!

one has to know both buyer and supplier aka trader of information!

This data is from UNODC - all transnational organised crime is "contracted" with multiple middle-men, suppliers and dealers to keep chains of redundancy and reduce the audit trail back to the real king pins.

Why do you think K&R (Kidnap for Ransom) and drug economies are so resilient not just in our neck of the woods but also South America and Africa?

Umar Media, the mouthpiece of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), has released an approximately 8-minute-long video featuring Noor Wali Mehsud, where he denies reports of his killing in recent, October 9, air strikes in Kabul.

I think, these ransom jobs are masks, like in Mission Impossible, Tom Cruise wears!

This should be publicised globally and sure US is paying attention.

India is officially backing Taliban Military campaigns
The US only cares that ISIS stays under control in Afghanistan. That is why the Taliban has made it a point of emphasizing that Pakistan is sheltering ISIS fighters that Taliban wants handed over. They have made a strategic decision to fight ISIS over the TTP because they would rather risk antagonising Pakistan than the US, Russia or China.

The State Department may pay lip service to the fight against the TTP and BLA, but they know these organisations don't target America or her core allies. Pakistan is basically on its own in this fight.

The Bastard apparently survived Kabul attack.
