Trying to save his masters and backbone - Don't target Afghanistan. He thinks the world revolves around him.

Your ignorance is profound. Even ONE Taliban in the Deoband Madarsa with access to social media is enough to radicalize 200 others with speeches in the lecture halls. So far skillful media management, restrictions on information have keept the wretched Indian Muslims peaceful.

It will be interesting to see how long that lasts. If the Taliban with their medieval mindset and ideology could cause death destruction in Pakistan ( where as a religious majority the population has far less reasons to desire martyrdom), Imagine the impact on a wretched marginalized illiterate poverty stricken population, who have far more reasons to seek the glory of martyrdom and paradise. Your Indian Muslims have very little to lose as they face genocide anyway.

A food for your thought.
The Indians sent their folks to join ISIS in droves. Even the Twitter handle use by ISIS was an Indian. The Sri Lanka Catholic Church mass murderers were Indians. India has been a major supporter of ISIS across the world.

I track these incidents too but those are difficult to attribute to one single actor. I can share with you if you would like to read them:

Afghanistan under this farce Taliban regime is a serious thorn in the side of regional nations and a serious security threat.

The Ephedra plant has been identified as an excellent source of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine, both of which can be chemically reduced to form the illicit drug methamphetamine also known as Meth of ICE in Pakistan.
Ephedra being harvested in Afghanistan:

Pakistan must first and foremost safeguard its own national interest and the safety and welfare of its citizens. The meth trade funds not only organised crime but both domestic and cross-border terrorism.

It is therefore in Pakistan's national interest to hold the Afghan Taliban accountable and counter this disgusting trade.

You can read more read these threads in detail here if you wish:

Smuggling on the border as well as trading with Afghanistan is damaging Pakistan in different ways. Drugs are the main source of income for Afghanistan.

We should not go to Qatar for negotiation at all.

I agree. We should never go to Doha for anything anymore. its UNSAFE.

I really have no more sympathy left for Qatar.....the way they folded like a house of cards with one israeli attack......
Do they really think other countries are not going to defend their territory from terrorists? A nuclear-armed Pakistan! LOL. Do they think others are coward cucks like them? Seriously fucked up mentality they have.....but its not a surprise....

Why the **** does anyone need to spend any money/time/effort to go to Doha when the same conversations can be done thru Telephone or Live Whatsapp Calls or MS Teams these days.......makes no sense to go there physically.....

Qatar should look after its own stuff, and not worry about others. They should focus on their defense perhaps. Or are they worried about their taliban proxy too much and now they interfering?

It's shit like this pulled by these arab kinglets that pisses me off. No sympathy left in our hearts cuz of the shit games they play everywhere.
Allah inpe jald wo waqt laye jinka wada aur prediction ki hai RasoolAllah PBUH ne. Aameen.
As i said, no more sympathy left for these kinglets. I for one, can't wait till they meet their ultimate fates!

Pakistan moved formations from east to west during Soviet times or the Corps reserve during CT ops some 10 years ago. Its not feasible in current times.

I believe we have fked up Pakistani history by teaching our kids that Pakistan was born when Muhammad Bin Qasim landed on sonmiani beach. Reality is, it was the ancestors who laid the first brick in this Indus basin and extended the domain all across into India, Afghanistan and Iran, the IVC. That is when Pakistan was born. I do not know why we at state level refuse to own our civilization. This whole fkin region is our playground, and our civilization is the kryptonite to the Hindu terrorists in east, or any hyper national tendencies in the west.
Indus valley civilization is taught under history and Pakistan is taught under political history.

It's a harmonious balance not flirting with any sort of ism.

They will now claim that these were some rogue elements and Taliban regime "respects the ceasefire".

Whatever happens we cannot continue with the status quote in Kabul. TTP must be dismantled.
what to do about TTP sympathizers within Pakistan ?

Keep striking those talibunnies and shut their so-called transit trade. Let them feel hunger, and let them eat desert sand. That will fix em quick.
Keep the pounding, and EXPEL those refugees ASAP from all parts of Pakistan. No exceptions!!

Many years ago, I worked for a consulting engineering company. We hired an Afghan for a technician position; he reported to me.

In a couple of days, I suspected something was odd. He was picking things up too quickly as well as doing things we hadn't even gotten to yet. Started talking with him about his background. He and his family had left shortly after the Soviets left. He was longing for the day he could go home and help rebuild his country.

Asked about his training. Turns out he had a PhD in civil engineering. I was stunned. He had earned it on an exchange program in Moscow.

I brought the matter up with my management. They said "yeah, we know, but it was earned in Moscow. We're not going to recognize it." I was dumbfounded. He was being underutilized for his skillset and because he was an Afghan, they were fine with that.

I've sometimes wondered what became of him.

One thing should be clear to all, no one in Pakistan is against the Army, criticism and frustration is about many disastrous policies of each army chief.
Making Taliban, then after thought of good/bad Taliban, supporting Taliban for quarter of a century, then war with Taliban to undo the time, money, blood that was invested, any patriot, if he is patriot to the country and to millions of sacrifices for the foundation of this country should demand ONE THING WITH ONE VOICE, MILITARY SHOULD STOP PLAYING LEGISLATURE, EXECUTIVE, JUDICIARY, PRESS, MOLVI, MUFTI, ECONOMIST, WIZARD, and, MILITARY, at the same time.
For too long Pakistan is doing more of the same with reverse journey, It is not even possible how many groups Army created, supported, then eliminated.
Although, this post should warrant it's own thread, but that thread may be quashed. @RescueRanger, this post is in the backdrop of this New Pak-Taliban war.

We Pakistanis are responsible for this, we are complicit in it.

dont read any further below is just a rant.

this didnt happen out of the blue, the army represent the people
the same people who have been offering their children to all sectarian terrorists and then regional and global terrorists, those that offered funeral prayers for Osma Bin Laden and consider Daesh and Afghan rule as pious and divine . and then there are people who were opposed to that takfiri mentality and became targets.
recall re mosques Jihadi wives? who saw this as an honor to be accepted as wives of the jihadis in Iraq and Syria.

the military pesonnel come from this same pool of people, they dont come out of Japan or Uganda.

re Afghanistan/ Taliban or whatever the choice has been between shit and shit and how to prevent the splashes to ourselves. Saudis, British and Americans are safely thousands of miles away and safe from the shit splashes but sadly we are not.

you all people make it sound like the different leaderships of the establishment made these policies out of the thin air, but in fact they reflected our mentality as well. at one point Osama had more favorable ratings than the ruling government. our own people from KP have a sizeable population who agree with Afghan claim over Pakistan up to some cities like Attock.
the military and civil establishment plays its part in everything you listed because the entire Poltical elite class including Mr 804 are self serving hypocrites, in order to gain power they make deals. they have no concept of democracy or merit in their own parties and they project it to all other institutions, the military establishment and its security agencies exploit this weakness and are going no where as long as us people dont make changes in ourselves.

we, in our own domain and scope consider ourselves above law and want others to do what we say but not what we do. whoever can get away with cheating and deceiving others does it bei it electrician , owner of a fuel station, milk seller shop keeper, cleric, judge , lawyer doctor, banker , teacher, hotel owner. and within families members of family dont give rights to their sisters and strong ones usurp the rights of weak and orphans who have no respite.

military will never change its ways unless our children (who will be applying for commission one day) don't see ourselves setting a good example. and our political principles (don't mean getting to power at whatever cost) are not based on vengeance ,self praise and worship.

I wrote this few times before. while we are picking on each other... there are people among us who are currently sheltering TTP terrorists in their homes and are on the look out for them. they are not doing this on behalf of establishment but doing it because they agree with Takfiri khawarij ideology.

do you know almost all the members of SSG who took part in the Red mosque operation met a violent end? some of them were gunned down later on by fellow soldiers who had converted to takfiri ideology? there were army , navy and airforce personnel who defected and went to Afghanistan yea? they came with that takfiri seed well before putting on the uniform.

Establishment has no incentive to chance its course, re their interference because they are always faced with greedy politicians. if PTI's favorite horse had won the COAS race then it would've been Noon league cursing the army right now and shedding tears for Taliban.

point is that for establishment, there is no serious and honest unbreakable and clean opposition faced from the politicians. it has a file to exploit each and everyone of them. re Imran khan such blackmail doesn't work because every sexual or corruption blame on Imran is deflected so he is being kept behind bars grudgingly and even if there is some chance of reproachment, some elements within PTI sabotage it through their words and actions on social media and streets.

continuing with charge sheet on establishment, its latest monster in the shape of TLP is going to become a tumor soon once these bunch of foul mouth thugs replace sticks and stones with RPG and assault rifles. also Red mosque, its Burqa molvi is allowed to operate and mock the state. which goes to show that establishment either doesn't care or has some elements within it that support him and those that don't are either indifferent and spending their energy in countering their former favorite "ladla" (as noon and PPP used to call Imran Khan).

yea , things dont look very nice.
