And what happens inside Pakistan ? That is an ongoing destructive process of terrorism.
The Facilitator :
Supports and enables terrorist activities by providing resources, planning assistance, or logistical support. Facilitators are involved in a wide range of actions, such as buying weapons, arranging travel for TTP/BLA, providing financial aid, or using the internet for recruitment and communication.
Local Pakistani or Afghani residing in Pakistan. Usually has tribal roots, sometimes disgruntled individuals who are against the country.
The informant:
They secretly provide information about LEA movement to TTP/BLA so their activities can be synchronized for ambushes mostly. These individuals assist TTP/BLA during the initial phase of terrorism, often motivated by financial gain, ideology, or coercion (business repercussions).
Shopkeepers, bus/truck/van drivers, mostly. Can be postmen as well as local businessmen.
The Handler:
They manage, directs, and controls an asset (TTP/BLA) to carry out missions. This person provides instructions, funding, and resources to the operative, acting as a liaison between the terrorist and the terrorist organization's leadership. Handlers are a critical part of terrorist networks, facilitating recruitment and operations by maintaining communication with and control over the individuals carrying out attacks.
Traced always as Indians, mostly sitting in neutral country (e.g. UAE), but traced in Afghanistan too. Turn out to be RAW operatives.
Finally,
the Terrorist:
Blows himself up, or kills as many as he can with a rifle and tries to ensure a massive damage is done.
So, there is a schematic hierarchy and a whole setup behind every terrorist incident that takes place by TTP/BLA in Pakistan. Terrorists don't go in blind, they have firsthand information about the venue, security and other parameters.
