Pakistan Air Force | News & Discussions

News was so big now they have to calm the Indians down lmao patheticView attachment 152762

The announcement is more interesting for what it left out than what it says. Yes, no contract is in place "yet", but Pakistan is capable of purchasing the missile if it chooses to do so as per the original announcement.

After PAF's strikes in Afghanistan, it is prudent to consider a retaliation from TTP/TTA particularly against PAF installation. Security around all major installatons of PAF needs to be revised and beefed up.

We can't afford another Kamra or Mehran like incident.

Honestly, India will try knocking PAF out on the ground next time. They'll instigate a problem and strike is preemptively with BrahMos, SCALP, Nirbhay, etc., salvos. Only thing Pakistan can do is to strike preemptively first once they spot the mobilization of attack vectors on the Indian side.
Problem is Pakistani muted response

If Pakistani detect a brahmos it should have immediately respinded with blastic missles equal and proprotional

This is cope
If the US DoD(DoW) has officially denied any sale of C8/D3, then how is this 'cope'?? It would seem that the 'cope' is elsewhere.

I haven't seen the official website but if the quoted explanation is indeed from US govt. then all you guys' wet dreams of Amraam "C8" and F-16 "V" upgrades were as premature as they have been in past when every visit to or from US automatically meant F-Sola blk 72!

You should read it again.

Sir, I am worried of Spiderweb type operation. EW capability should be top notch at all Airbases.

Hi, I second this worry. Pakistan has to contend with India, Afghanistan and Israel coordinating such an attack on PAF assets. The border with Afghanistan and Pakistan is very porous and it is easy to sneak in these small drones. Just my 2 cents...

have they?

i think its best everyone waits for a dsca notification before anything, because neither you, nor i know the details of the situation, and more importantly, we also know the sensitivities around the matter.

i'm glad 'everyone' has agreed to wait.

If that happens, strikes directly on Kabul, Bagram etc. and other important Afghan air bases would be the logical response. Anyone targeting Pakistan's strategic and military assets is being directed. A Bata/Chappal wearing Talib in TTP has not clue about these things. If they are being homed onto such targets, clearly the guidance is coming from Kabul.
