unfortunately its true, a few officers who were genuinely good, competent men were axed and forced into early retirement as sidhu consolodated his power.

PAF bought this platform with TOT, mostly for the transfer of technology of the Sensor itself, with a view that it could use it in homegrown projects. We have not seen much of the missiles themselves recently, but it will be interesting to see where the technology may turn up.

Pakistan is not transparent with most of weapons it possesses or its capabilities. Wont be surprised if they mass produced the seaker and fit them in long range kamakazi drones.
