Just like the 97 extra Tejas contract was "signed" and now it is not.

This is just activity hiding as progress so BJP Gov can throw some bones to their supporters.

With the hit India's economy is about to take, I would actually expect cuts very soon.

Previously they said CM400 complete missed the targets and landed in fields, now they say they struck previous locations of S400.
