We have nukes, they don't. Also we have improved our military with China's help.

Barring Nukes
South Korea and Turkey has better everything else

France should be there , above UK
They have a better Army and Airforce than UK
UK just has a slightly better Navy

Italy doesnt even deserve to be in the list , because the french are better at everything on paper

The only reason france is not in this list is because of the Historical bias against france due to their reputation of loosing wars for last 200 years
