But still why and how most of the armed forces personnel move abroad after retirement and live luxurious life?? No government have the guts to look into their pre and post service accounts and make them questionable..

What is the metric for most?
What data do you have?
total retired military population, ideally separated by enlisted personnel, junior officers, field-grade officers, and general/flag officers?
How many live abroad permanently after retirement, rather than travel, have family abroad, or temporarily reside overseas.?
Verified pre-service, in-service, and post-service asset and tax records, including spouses, dependents, trusts, companies, and foreign assets.?
According to this: The total number of people receiving pensions aboard is 164 - all grade officers.
But since you want to throw "most" around...lets humor you.
All "senior officers" because otherwise your claim is ridiculous at best and idiotic at worst because that means most(lets take that at 51%) of 780000 active personnel (or 397800) personnel will all move abroad eventually and drive Bentley's.. where will they those from? Aslam Autos of Chattanooga, Tennessee?
So, for senior officers to move abroad like Major Gen, Lt Gen, Gen, Admiral, Vice Admiral, Admiral, AC, AVM, AM, ACM...
And lets say there are 50 officers per year - then taking from 1980 as an example it is 2350 senior officers who retired(or will retire) and of which 1200 will move abroad?
That is the accusation right?
Which means you need to find some 1200 verified cases living luxurious life abroad in palaces? Hundreds of retired brigadiers, generals, admirals, and air marshals allegedly spread across Dubai, London, Toronto, Virginia, Sydney, and wherever else?
All somehow invisible to journalists, tax authorities, immigration records, property registries, former colleagues, relatives, neighbors, Pakistani diaspora groups, embassy circles, military-watch researchers, and every person who has ever attended a Pakistani wedding abroad.

If a retired armed forces officer stays in Pakistan and takes up a job, you have an issue. If he moves abroad and works there, you still have an issue. I guess the only acceptable retirement plan left is to shoot them on their final day of service.

It is rather ironic that people coming for "Pakistan defence" have only aimless criticism in mind.
Criticism is welcoming and there is a mountain of it to show how naked Pakistan's military is - but unfortunately the quality and general demeanor of it posted by members aligned with a particular political party does not leave the throes of Fish Market whataboutism.

This is why brother Oscar. It's because they're being sent to battle in pick up trucks rather than bullet/blast proof MPC's. The bayghairat Generals can't put funds aside to provide proper equipment for the poor foot soldiers. Quite frankly, they don't give a flying sh1t about the everyday soldier. Lights, Fireworks and another war song release will brush all their failures under the carpet......

How many and who? Less than 1% from all ranks move abroad.
Most of these claims are thrown around without any significant research.
People usually claim this about the former chiefs of the army. Time and again, it has been proven, shown that 99% are still in Pakistan. Gens Beg, Kakar, Karamat, Raheel Sharif, Kayani, and even Bajwa live in Pakistan. Musharraf moved for reasons known to all and then stayed overseas due to the acute diagnosis leading to his demise. While some may travel overseas from time to time for personal reasons, all of them have their primary domicile in Pakistan.
