The body seems to be on a Chinese Dong-feng or commercial vehicle chassis. Its left hand drive.

Its always how the commander deploys his troops. Don't expect such vehicles to be saviors in combat.

In WW2, M4 Shermans were expected to take on Panzer-V Panthers. There's no match. It depended how the tank commanders deployed their medium tanks.
