Pakistan Army Small Arms

You ain't a firearm enthusiast untill you mag dump a glock with a switch and keep the rent low in the neighborhood
I'm probably the only person in this thread who has fired a Glock 18. Lots of fun. You learn quick how to do 3 round bursts.

Great dedication to the larp, you should buy a 2006 Honda Accord to complete your gang banger cosplay.
Maybe I do.
And you should buy yourself some surplus ANA uniforms and start chimping out like an absolute caveman for true afghan experience

Trigger feels mushier and combat accuracy is more than 2.4 MOA, other than that really good weapon system
The IDF special forces and many other units still prefer M-4 variants. Out of national pride they stick to "Tavor is a great firearm" line so they can keep their defense industry selling to willing buyers.

Smoking hashish doesn't sound all that bad.

Did he or someone else who shot it before fiddled with gas settings or they were running a can.

Because some guns do be like that. they give too much option for gas adjustment like FAL for example there are cases where some curious grunts turned gas adjustment way too much that rifle never fired again(not permanently ofc)
Without suppressor, they were/are pretty well versed in what they do.

I mean all bullpups except for the classic AUG are retarded anyways

Inclined to agree. The only reason I'd want a Tavor or a Hellion is for a truck gun.

The again, I've a suppressed .300BO that works just as well and is just as compact when the buttstock is depressed. This is it:

Now has an EOTech optic.

How you thought about law folding stock adapter

I've only read about it. Haven't seen anyone in my circle with one yet. Am sure it has its advantages but why? To deploy the weapon, still have to fold it back in order to fire the weapon. Unlike this, which I also happen to have:

TBF the logic is that troops will require less ammo since they are putting harder hitting and more accurate fire down range especially with the new optic
That may be fine on a target range. Things are a little different when there are folks on the other end of the range shooting back.

Many of us are convinced still this is Big Army's way of going back to a .30cal weapon without it really being a .30cal weapon. Using the experience in Afghanistan where the Taliban were opening up at ranges beyond 500M was a false argument IMO.

Claiming the need for a cartridge with more energy than the 5.56mm in order to defeat body armor of near peer adversaries might have some validity. The 6.5C would have given the energy and range to accomplish that with less recoil.

I'm part of that camp that doesn't expect to see the M-7 / M-8 last long in inventory. I personally give it the same lifespan as the M-14.

I mean yeah you have to unfold it to use the weapon unless you have a bufferless AR that's where it truly shines.

It's really not an outdated system. It really shines with heavier cartridges.
Gas Operated AR was designed around same era.

So in your pov does staying with RDB system ok with Pakistan Army and nothing to worry about in terms of tech advancement?

Gas operation isn't really a upgrade over roller delayed they were developed around the same time, the focus should be on other aspects like ergonomics.

That would be called an AK.

Yeah, I might have a couple of those too. I like a little diversity in the stable.
