Pakistan Constitutional Amendments:

dude lets face it is not good , a lot of people saying that Asim will only retain the position in name only and he will retire when the time comes ( i hope ) . i also hope paf still has its freedom after this amendment passes

Thats what people like us are telling you lot that "Bugz-e-Imran" main Pakistan ke man bahaen eek karde.

You lot are enablers of these scumbags in GHQ, just because you hate IK. Lo and behold, the last thing he conquered is other two services, after dismantling the public mandate, dismantling the civilian institutions, dismantling courts. As soon as he assumed himself to be field marshal, I knew he is now coming after PAF and Navy. And those "chays" who think the success of May was due to this scumbag, it was literally all PAF show. Now fear the day, when during next hostilities, he and and his henchmen sprinkle their fairydust of "restraint" over PAF, while on phone to Washington, "Saar, is my retirement package secure, saar?"

here come the conspiracy man , also isn't Sidhu corrupt too then why did he attack when asim supposedly didn't . please tell me next how ik escaped from prison and piloted the j10 that shot down the rafale

Of course everything is and was based on elitism, but we aren't in the 9th century anymore nuclear armed nation like Pakistan has 70% of it's population living in poverty. They can't vote for their political representative, Govt has no proper healthcare and educational facilities for them.
In terms of the basic laws of human society, what we usually call "elites" refers to people who are particularly proficient and skilled in a particular matter. "Elite politics" refers to a country being governed by a group of people with extensive political experience. This is the basic argument.

Regarding the issue you mentioned, it does exist, but this does not contradict the argument of elite politics.

As national administrators, the core element is managing their people effectively. Regardless of their outward manifestations, the fundamental principle is to satisfy the majority of their people. Based on different cognitive environments, different groups have completely different understandings of "satisfaction." Therefore, different countries require completely different models of national governance.

Regarding Pakistan's current situation, I believe it needs to address two core issues:
1. Improving the quality of life for the lower classes. This includes improving the economic well-being of the lower classes, educating the public, and maintaining social stability.
2. Providing ordinary people with a fair path to becoming "elites." Whether one can become an "elite" depends on their own abilities, but the government needs to provide a fair path for them.
It's a tiny majority living in DHA. It's easy for someone to say this as you enjoy a fast growing economy with majority off the people living a fairly decent life.
My personal experience is the exact opposite of your viewpoint.

I was born in the late 1970s and spent most of my life in a remote, third-tier region in southwest China. This is currently one of the most suffering groups in China. Chinese people can understand, but you may find it difficult to comprehend.

Every important milestone in my life has coincided with a period of significant policy changes in China. Every change has caused me enormous losses.

Civilians never mattered, but are the other four and three star officers also sons of a lesser God that one man is effectively being appointed dictator for life ?

We all know his source of reporting.
You are again talking nonsense. Any sensible person wouldn't care of who is saying and where is the source but rather what he is saying. Only fools cannot focus on the subject.

This aint conspiracy son, this retardness of "restraint" (also expressed by GHQ touts like Rana Sana Ullah of current regime) was the line these scumbags in GHQ wanted to follow. Its only because PAF went into beast mode right from the outset, the order of the battle was established which later begrudgingly, had to be followed by GHQ, and even then it was muted efforts by them. PAF was charting the response and its nature. Anyone with working brain cells would see this as an attempt to wrestle control over PAF. Army high ups were looking like muppets in post May, hence the itch to somehow get back that center stage, while doing f all.

Honestly, I have no interest in the Pakistani system or ongoing politics. A country has no rule of law. But I love my motherland ...that's all.

Without a focus, without continuity of policies, the two points you mentioned can't be achieved. Pakistan was ahead or at least at par with its South Asian neighbors through the 80s but after Zia's death in 1988, a vicious musical chair for Power started. Even Bangladesh went ahead of Pakistan when they found long term stability under Hasina. Which tells me that countries like BD and India are not some particularly gifted with natural or human resources: They just did better than Pakistan to manage the power play. This Const. Amendment is a desperate attempt by the Pakistani 'elites' to get out of the current 'do or die situation' which is make very dangerous by another war against India which will be catastrophic and to lessen the impact of the power play.

I am with you in making efforts to bring rule of law in Pakistan. I have no favorites but would certainly support those who work for that goal.

no everyone did their given job , paf was to protect airspace from hostiles and it did if Indian army had started a ground offensive you would have seen the same kind of response form pak army but they didn't .you are acting like paf repeated Pathankot strike
they didnt

Indian army was taking the lead from their side, even at the lunch of tandoor, IAF only targeted two places while the rest were hit by IA. Their saving grace, Bahramos was lunched by IA. IA was very much at centre stage when it comes to Indian strategy, while here PA high ups were deliberately dithering on their own responses, manoeuvring their way into Washington good books, and in all this, PAF was doing what it had to do.
