His club will not sell him this window. I think he most likely is going to get a direct offer from a top 5 league in the summer.

They are making too much of a big deal.

They can put temporary stands in open spaces around the country and start from there. Grow the revenue. Give the clubs some funding for a few years so they can have youth teams and scouting.

Put money in a training compound for international players.

Build 1 international grade stadium in Islamabad. Doesn't have to be big, even 20k.

Pakistan has the genetic spread needed for football like Iran and become a world cup qualifying team. They just need sort out their infrastructure.
