We have a ceasefire - we did well operationally - strategically it was terrible. I don't mean from a purely military level - I mean from a detterent perspective.

As for this new found patriotism which has manifested itself in the form of love for GHQ and the Sharif kandan - remember Pakistan would not be as vulnerable as it is - had it not been for the property dealers and thier 40 thieves.


Kaash the restraint shown towardd the enemy was extended to our citizens. Even in the midst of an enemy attack the Supreme Court saw fit to rubber stamp military courts for civilians and they blocked Imran Khan from meeting with his family and lawyers.

We won't forget so easily. It's only a matter of time before they infringe on you personally too.

Multiple Indian bases were attacked, multiple casualties were inflicted

Once Indian airforce has been removed from the air, it was just a shooting match

Pakistan chose it's set of targets India chose theirs


Pakistan made a choice not to go after civilians, even Hindus, I personally wanted Hindus roasted
But that's a military choice

India did not want escalation and neither could either country afford it


Their has never been deterrence, the only deterrence is that if you attack us we will hit back, and we hit back and hard

Pakistani civilians don't feel safe in Lahore and Islamabad then why should Indians in Mumbai and Delhi feel safe?

Some minor observations:

- Pakistan got exposure to a wider systems and capabilities of india
- Pakistan limited bringing forth similar spectrum and hence maintained future surprise
- Air defence designed around 2019 type of threat worked like a charm
- it also performed well against new environment of countering missiles but still had leakers

Future improvements:

- CIWS and short to mid ranged quick reaction system bolstering of AD specially around bases and strategic and economic assets with special emphasis on countering incoming PGMs (of all speeds and low RCS)
- Bolstering of AAA special emphasis on UAV and wrong munitions
- multiple runways on airfields
- More FOB and smaller Spread out fields for wartime

Pakistan definitely needs a few more AA systems. I'd say one more anti-ballistic system and maybe a couple of different SHORADS. Add some more numbers.

How is deterrence established when India was able to attack tier 1 cities and critical forward operating bases and Pakistan wasn’t able to do the same?

Tie 1 cities which are smack next to the border. Lahore is motar range from Indian border. Islamabad is 50 km.
