I am pretty sure they killed an American MQ 9 UAV too.
It was in the news as "High altitude UAV" shit down by PAF.
They also showed the wreckage.

I don't think it will be a Chinese airbase, just that they will help build it. Hopefully it has 2-3 runways to help with resilience in case of attacks and not just one which as we have seen in Sargodha, is not ideal anymore.
