Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

I am missing the veteran Afghanistan experts like Rahimmulah Yusufzai but Hassan Khan provides a good alternative. Per Hassan Khan, Afghanis were generally happy over the recent Pakistani triumph over India. This video also briefly discussing the Chinese role in keeping Pakistan and Afghanistan focused on mending the ties and to not fall in 'Indian trap'. Short video.

The problem is world didn't support India stance not for evidence but likely other reasons. Like Indian state own actions in Canada, USA, Australia against sikhs. Indian support to BLA, TTP was open secret that west ignored because of WOT, thats likely no longer the case.

As India will need Iran, Afghanistan constant support to carry out these terror attacks in Pakistan. So Pakistan is likely to find some support from USA/Europe against rough pariah states and their backer like India.

Hold on a second, I'm not sure how correct you are there.
I think it's right to say the world did not support Indian escalation, and for a period they supported the Pakistani line that no evidence was provided.

However, on the other hand they certainly did not contradict India's accusation of Pakistan at least being previously a terror state, pretty much

They also did not stop the conflation of Osama and Pakistan, you seem to forget that it was probably a future hedge that Osama was captured, well India is trying to utilize it

Has anyone, really emphasized the potentially catastrophic and destabilizing effect of the iwt. To Western audiences India will claim it's a reasonable action in a calm voice for a number of reasons, internally they will be celebrating the need to dry Pakistan

You will also note, the DG ispr, emphasized the importance of the cessation of the treaty, to Arabic news

Finally, on what planet are you living in where you expect the idea of a false flag by another country relating to Islamic terror to be accepted in the West? Actually, watch that space, as the anti-israel movement is growing in the USA following Gaza.

The 'world' is too busy trying to douse the fires in Gaza and Ukraine.

We folk are waay down everyone's priority list.

Unless you're doing it all by yourself like Russia, the US and China. Add the EU to there too but they're like a consortium of European countries.

It is damn near impossible to go it solo on these huge endeavors, you need a leg up.

India's space and naval programs should inspire the rest, but even there, we had help starting off.

also, I finally have an excuse to post this again:

Another thing Indians like to ignore is killing of Chinese citizens in Pakistan by BLA, TTP. Both backed by India with money and logistics. Do you think China doesn't know this? Of Course they know. Why do you think China suddenly decided to kill 30 Indian soldiers with sticks on LAC?

So you kill Chinese citizens indirectly in Pakistan and then cry about China satellites being available to Pakistan in case of war.

Yes, a very fair post, but then my previous point, why have you declared effectively a state of elevated war possibility, when the military is not exactly fighting fit.

After the latest failed military satellite failed ISRO decided to use cow dung and urine for future launch.......

Best of luck.

Update: This is nor sarcasm but as per Bharat Rakshash forum Indian scientist claimed and as per him it is also eco friendly.

Man, when the train attack happened in Baluchistan, I don't think the news was even near the top of the South Asia section at any point, in the Western press.

I made that point at the time, if you can read the fairly obvious tea leaves then it will stop and help from needing to take the crayons and paper out.

They are accepting the narratives that they want to, which in this case seems to be part of both sides. You may think that that is a significant meaningful change, but then that would be silly

Here you go, chew on this for a long time

Yaar, I don't wanna be mean or condescending here but the thing is, k aap log shayad desensitize go gae wrt these types of attacks.

Attack shook us pretty bad, forget that there's a hard right BJP in power now, even the most left wing commie whatever gorment would have been forced into some kind of action here. So they decided to hit back at some dodgy locations where there's these questionable seminaries.

Pak mil proper airbase attacks were also kinda a show of force, shot across the bow type.

Military is fit enough, this wasn't a full blown war.

I don't criticize the sentiment or the emotional expression from anyone on this, nor the desire to see any of these attacks immediately.

What I am referring to is the direction taken by the decision-makers on this, as you have socialized a decision to potentially start a war as your countermeasure to terrorism.

After all, India has attacked pure conventional military assets as a counter terrorism measure. That is inherenty nonsense, and therefore the reciprocal reaction will just be.... hey this is just a straight up military confrontation.

That's all I am trying to explain to you, that all said and done, it comes down to a military confrontation. You should watch the haqqani interview on The wire.
