Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

Not as bad as watching DJ ISPR press confrence
Yet you watched it to know it was bad

Then it seemed like India copied

By the way, is lobbing missiles over even anything worth mentioning these days?

Like Pakistan can get better missiles and more intel on Indian missile defense and come across as more effective

I personally would not make too much fuss about that

It's actually a weird cycle where everyone is kind of just trying to normalize misiling each other.... primitive

India was never interested in invading Pakistan. once Pakistan adopted the strategy of using terrorist groups to target India, there was initial confusion in New Delhi about how to respond. That confusion is now gone. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has publicly stated that any act of terrorism on Indian soil will result in direct consequences for the Pakistani military. This approach has now become a part of India’s national security doctrine and will continue regardless of which government is in power.
That's a good strategy, keeping the border hot and low level intensity between india and Pakistan allows the testing of novel strategies and technology. I think india should adopt the Israeli doctrine of proactive offense, keeping it's neighbours weak so that they do not pose a threat to india. You have some really good ideas, I'm assuming you work as a strategist for the indian government, or at least a high level position?

@RescueRanger @Indos

What’s the deal with Indonesia-Pak relations? Why do they incline more towards Indians? Has it got to do with Pak-Malay ties?

Dont know, that is event held by an Indonesian University and they invite some official from Indonesian Air Force.

As far as I know they try to invite Pakistani side as well but Pakistan decline the invitation

The word Hindu also comes from Sindhu
Hindu is the Persian word for the indus river basin, which is derived from the Sanskrit word Sindhu. The Persians, as well as numerous other civilisations, found it quite appealing to repeatedly invade the indus river basin and the land that we call india today, it's a fertile land with plenty of irrigation and fertile crops.

History did not start from where you want it to start

Notice no source is given here for IAF losses. But later on they present fantasy chart of PAF losses, with sources like Reddit, wiki and Indiatoday lol

reddit, wikipedia, and indiatoday - all heavily infested by Paj33ts who would edit it and spread false hood

Wow if true this is absolutely mind blowing....imagine the amount of data, integration and dispensing information and the level of sophestication it would take for a country like Pakistan.

"According to two Islamabad-based Western diplomats involved in the May ceasefire negotiations and one Pakistani security official, all of whom requested anonymity, 44 of these satellites were at Pakistan’s disposal during the conflict with India. The Western officials suggest the Chinese satellite and signals intelligence may have assisted Pakistan in monitoring Indian troop and missile movements during the air war, possibly giving Pakistan a real-time edge."

I’m not sure whether it was a matter of policy or capability, but the Indian Air Force never struck this deep into western Pakistan during the 1965 or 1971 wars, as it has now done in Operation Sindoor. The Nur Khan Airbase has been targeted for the first time in history. It is Pakistan’s most important military installation and also serves as the country’s nuclear command and control center.
Its because of range, PAF largest base is Masroor in Karachi, its further out so was not attacked.

EDITORIAL: Though India’s narrative linking Pakistan to the Pahalgam terrorist attack has largely failed to find any takers in the global arena, New Delhi has persevered with its efforts to isolate this country at international fora.

The latest example was witnessed at the Defence Ministers’ Meeting of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation states, which just concluded in the Chinese city of Qingdao. The Indians had tried to insert pointed references to Pakistan in the conference’s joint statement, yet this gambit failed, with the result that no official statement was issued after the moot.

The Indian defence minister had, without naming Pakistan, again tried to link this country to the Pahalgam episode by stating that “some countries use cross-border terrorism as an instrument of policy”.

What about Pakistsni claims that India is responsible for terrorist attacks in KP and Baluchistan ? Are there any takers in the global arena for those ?

There are, thats why Indian accusations against Pakistan are not taken seriously by the global community.

Pakistan has been on the FATF watchlist but India has not. As far as I can see, Indian accusations against Pakistan are taken more seriously than Pakistani accusations against India. If Pakistan is right, why doesn't it take kinetic action against targets in India to neutralize these terrorists, especially since it claims it has air dominance against India ?
That’s what I find amusing — the official stance of the Pakistani government is that India is behind terrorist attacks in Pakistan, and Pakistani military claims to be far more capable than the Indian military. So why doesn’t Pakistan take any kinetic action against India after each of these alleged attacks?
