Yeah the attack will be full on terrorist attack, like a bomb blast on civilians, not like this(a combat zone) if india deflects blame its public will not buy that, a terror attack would be more believeable to them.

No Shahpar may be good for terrorists or may be in anti tank war but not good for operating in heaving environment.
