Pakistan never claimed to have her in custody(I'm talking officially like ISPR and the likes)...
...so what's more likely is...she got injured and is recovering(she was a Rafale pilot and some Rafales definitely did get shot down)...or she is dead.
...which could be why she has not appeared anywhere thus far.

Lastly and more importantly why would IAF bother about random claims made by nobodies on twitter.

If on maternity leave as you claim her career with IAF is done.
