Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

They have amphibious assault role, but its extremely limited. It will make sense when you look at the amphibious assault exercise pics with other countries again. The lack of Landing ships doesn't mean the role isn't there. Hovercrafts are multirole, they are not designed for just one role only.

I dont understand, if they have a very limited role in assault why do we care they do not have Chinese Marine level of equipment then?

Amphibious assault operation is even more difficult than an airborne operation.

Amphibious operations include full-fledged invasion, capture of territory, denial of an area, showing presence, creating diversion, and causing damage. Even for undertaking small-scale amphibious operations, the navy would require a number of small ships, destroyers, frigates, landing craft and shore-based aircraft. Then the landing force will need to be supplied consistently through sea and air.

Its very complex.

When you say it like that it seems like you're saying the footage from Balochistan is not of a HGV 🥲

how did they know about exact test timing?
I think as a matter of practice before any missiles test we take neighbors and certain counties of importance in confidence.

In India and Pakistan case we have agreement to inform each other about ballistic missile tests

Im not providing justification to believe images!

I have only produced what trajectory and smoke trails look like!

BTW, one can also look at smoke trails of previous Shaheen MIRV tests!

it is a no brainer!

And the absolute zero ground cover while landing the marines onto the shore. In the present day, you'd also need a few squadrons of jet fighters alongside a fleet of destroyers and missile cruiser to subdue enemy defenses to even think about landing any marines on shore, unless of course you're assaulting Maldives.
