yes delivering 140,000 tons to 160,000 tons of ammo in 6 hours using artillery, Fateh1 and 2 during "Banyan ul Marsoos“ was an incredible feet, sending shivers down indians spine..
this amount of TNT delivered was done USA and allies during opening day of operation desert storm but in 24 hours..
Well opening day of Desert Storm was 34 years ago.
A single Artillery Regiment has 18 guns. 3 regiments have 56 guns. SH-15 SP Howitzer has a reported firing rate of 4-6 shells/minute and a reported on board storage of 27 shells.
So in theory, using 1/2 the minimum fire rate i.e. 2 shells/minute - 56 guns can off load 1,512 shells in 13.5 (~15 mins). 15 mins rounds every hour and only 5 hours required to off load 7000 shells.
Also, this is still very small number compared to Russia which reportedly was firing 27,000-75,000 artillery shells on Ukraine in a single day, while Ukraine was reportedly firing back 5,000 - 12,000 in a single day.
Not saying the rumors are true but it's not unprecedented post 2020.

Also, F1 and F2 weren't used on first day. However, these are all unconfirmed rumors.
