Pakistan-India Conflict 2025: News Updates and Discussion

idk why you guys are still scared of s400 , russia ukraine war and even may has shown its not a superweapon ,
also cant wait for j35 especially for sead/dead against s400
Because in volume and used properly after lessons it can create serious problems.

Remember, they have deep enough pockets that Enable them to compensate for any incompetence and some.

Exactly we had to take big risk to eliminates the s400 at bhuj i think and now they are gonna have more....only CM400akgs are not gonna cut it
It wont be about CM-400s or other systems - it would be plain overwhelming force and ability to absorb losses. Which Pakistan does not have.

Basically creates the need for earlier silver bullet systems and even earlier thinking of silver bullet MAD options.

Sir jee, Let Fattah 3 GL-SSCM be declared open it would be enough tactically

May not be - they are specifically asking around for systems including even ones China is not even putting on the table.

The problem for them is never funds - and now they really are pushing the bureaucracy aside as much as they can - it is implementing the purchases in practice and ensuring training is followed everywhere. Same problem for Pakistan

@Oscar
you must know about time on target (Artillery concept developed) Chinese developed a modified form or we can say enhanced it - after research and tactics with 50km-1000km ranges.

Same is founding piller of Pakistan Rocket force,

ToT depends upon warheads arriving in the same timeframe but there is a gap in terms of their arrival timeframe.

If we are all thinking of ballistics then you are faced with the constraints . Real targets may be covered by multiple layers (upper‑tier, lower‑tier, point defence, fighter aircraft), so a single HIMADS battery is not the only line of defence.

The purchase of S-400s to the tune also affirms they are AWARE of this and why they are focusing on hundreds of interceptors and multiple batteries, raising the number of missiles you must fire to actually saturate the system.

ToT salvos are more realistically a way to:
  • Increase leakage probability (some RVs get through).
  • Force the defender to expend a lot of interceptors quickly.
  • Mask other assets (e.g., cruise missiles, aircraft) that exploit the chaos.

Keep this in mind that they are likely planning along similar lines and you have nothing comparable to expend or hold off on.

It is likely that your forces if using right dispersal and decoy tactics could survive a lot of their attempts - but then apply the same to their thinking.

At the end you need to be 80% performers to make it out somewhat ok versus with their spending they need to be 50%

It is one vector - that needs to be coordinated across the entire spectrum.

One thing to note
The old “launch one - see what Response they give” mentality of the command in Pakistan HAS to go.

They need to ditch their old playbooks on the strategy rungs. For 3 stars who have spent knowing the enemy the same way for so long and trying the same overall strategic goals - it will be difficult to incite that change.

Yaar waisay sindhoor laganay mein in ko itna time lagta Hai?
Next war will not be Easy for Pakistan nor for India.

Specially Pakistan as Afghanistan will create problems. And then PTM PTI as political movement along with TTP bla as terrorist movement.

That's 6 front war (2 borders.. 2 terrorists and 2 political parties)

C802 double tap from JF17 is planned that way. Launch 2 missile at the same target but they will arrive at the same time from different directions.

This I agree. I wont demonize internal political movements, that is an internal process that has its pros and cons. As long as everyone gets with the program in the face of an external threat ( wishful thinking I know)

But 100 percent every subsequent fight will be messier. Worst is how international taboos like killing civilians and attacks schools and hospitals are slowly being neutralized. The current war has proven there is a first mover advantage. Unfortunately in our case thst dynamic is in the favour of India.
