Likely because post initial "Shabashes" and efforts Pakistanis tend to get pretty lazy on follow ups as with pretty much everything else they do.

I mean look at the country - cant expect the military to be any detached or separate in who they are.

A joke I would make on this is see how many actual new restaurants open up in Bahria or DHA with fanfare, design , good food....and die out within months because they never bothered to keep any operational capital secure or make efforts beyond those initial wins.
