Neither side has crossed the border, either in the air, nor the ground. So any downings will almost certainly be in their own respective territories.

Yes someone in Jammu saw this and recorded it. He claimed it was a fighter jet on fire, and later on claimed its paf F16. Nothing is confirmed yet.
