If we could have transparent budget numbers I can assure you 100% SSU has a bigger budget compared to marines.

@Signalian we need to look at upgrades - this was highlighted earlier this year. Moreover, civil defence is not fit for purpose, needs reforms badly, reshaped into homeguard/National Guard.

CD has both a Chemical Warfare and a UXO section, this needs to be expanded badly to include "mutual aid" in times of war to assist LE.
