Pakistan should focus more on weapons of mass destruction. leave all the conventions aside. How long will we wait for India to attack us first? It's been happening for the last 6 or 7 years. It's time to think about fear. India doesn't fear nuclear weapons, and they even said that multiple times, so how to bring back the same fear among indians? The answer is prohibited WMDs.

2) development of chemical and biological weapons. All this is widely seen as a threat all over the world, but we have to develop certain things so that we can make sure that India dies with us and doesn't survive under any scenario.
3) Interception rate on the indian side. India is sure that they will destroy 50 to 60% of our ballistic missile carrying nukes mid-air. The majority of interceptions will happen above Indian airspace. Why not replace TNT with chemicals and gases? Those can spread in the atmosphere and will make it difficult for Indians to breathe.
For such systems, we need chemical experts. For biological weapons, we can take help from the Chinese. This concept is based on extreme violent events, but it's now necessary for our own survival. Either both die or nobody dies. This should be our principle. I know there are many conventions prohibiting the use of such weapons, but we have to develop them for our own survival.
I don't think that they can stop gases or chemicals from spreading. Make it Armageddon. We should develop nuclear artillery shells. This will put India under immense pressure, and we know they are worried about their civilian population. Why not design something specifically for their population? Obviously, it's very destructive in nature, but I think we shouldn't rely only on nuclear weapons.
I want Pakistan to develop dangerous WMDs. It's in our interest. Such systems can be designed. It's all about will. We should fight this round without such systems, but we need to make them on an emergency basis.
